1. Once you  got the license confirmation, SSH to your cPanel server as root and run the following  command to aware your php with cpanel changes :-
#   /scripts/makecpphp

2. Download the latest installer using the command below:
#  cd /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/
#   rm -rf /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/
#  rm -f rvsitebuilderinstaller.tar
#  wget http://download.rvglobalsoft.com/rvsitebuilderinstaller.tar
#   tar -xvf rvsitebuilderinstaller.tar
#  chmod 755 addon_rvsitebuilder.cgi
#   rm -f rvsitebuilderinstaller.tar

3. Open root WHM, at the bottom left menu under Plugins section, you will find RVSiteBuilder Installer menu.

4. Click RVSiteBuilder Installer to begin the installation process.

5. After complete the installation, you will be sent to RVSiteBuilder Manager automatically.Please configure RV SiteBuilder immediatly.

Done !!!!!!! Now Your cPanel should show the RVSiteBuilder as a feature in all cPanel users.

How to install RVSiteBuilder? If  server compiled with suhosin :-
You will need to increase the variable size in suhosin.Set the following suhosin options in your php.ini :-

Today i am installing fantastico on my linux server but i am getting some problem.I have installed properly but i am not able to see Fantastico in Cpanel so i searched on google and found a solution after a long time so i thought for people who are suffering from same problem so i put this article on my site for the Linux guys ……………..

# SSH to your server and enter following commands:

Go to WHM, login as root and click on Tweak Settings, then you should ensure that both the Ioncube loader is selected for the backend copy of PHP. Save changes.

Now go here:
WHM -> Add-Ons (Plugins on v11.x or higher) -> Fantastico De Luxe WHM Admin (scroll down the left menu).

Upon loading, Fantastico De Luxe WHM Admin will auto-update your existing installation (if existing). All admin files (masterfiles, tarballs, settings etc) will be moved to or created at /var/netenberg.

After the installation is complete, click on “Settings” and go through the settings. While some settings are not important, some other (marked below with an *) are essential for a proper functioning of Fantastico installations.
Language: Select the language for the admin backend AND default language for users without a language selected.
Email notifications: Enter an email address in order to receive notifications when users perform installations using Fantastico.
Master files settings (*): If you are not an advanced user who modifies the master files, leave this to “Remove”. Change this only if you know what you are doing.
PHPsuexec (*): VERY ESSENTIAL!!! Changing this value will not install or de-install phpsuexec for you. It will only tell Fantastico that you have phpsuexec installed or not installed on your server. Change to “installed” if you perform installations which produce an “Internal Server Error”. Notice: Changes will not apply to existing installations! You have to re-install in order to have working installations.
Path to netPBM: Enter the full path to the netPBM binaries in order to enable Gallery installations. As long as this field has no value, your users will not be able to install Gallery.
Select Fantastico licensing and files server: If the Fantastico pages take long to load switch to the server that works best for you. Fantastico will auto-switch if connections time out.
Update preference: Select latest version (sometimes experimental) or stable version (best working).

Now you have installed Fantastico perfectly.Go to Cpanel and check it r u able to see Fantastico under Cpanel or not ? If you are not able to see then Follow the steps.

If it is wget-1.10.2-3.3.fc5 or wget-1.10.2-8.fc6.1, or any version that yum installs on those OSes (they will typically end with .fc5 or .fc6 or .el5) we suggest that you replace it immediately with an older and/or stabler version. This version does not honor the “-P” switch.

An alternate version that we know works is wget-1.10.2-3.2.1 (though more recent versions should also work).

You can use the following commands for this purpose.

For 32-bit:

Uninstall Fantastico

2.Click on WordPress Link From the Fantastico interface, scroll down until you see the Blogs section and just below it, you should see WordPress in the list. Click on the WordPress link.

3.Check WordPress Version To the right, you will be provided with some information about the version of WordPress you will be able to install. Take a moment to ensure that it’s up to date. If all is well, click on New Installation.

4.Configure Installation You should arrive at the first of three steps in the one-click installation process. Here, you’ll be able to determine which folder you’d like to have WordPress installed to, as well as some other blog information

5. Installation Location—>> If you want your blog to be your website’s homepage, then please select your domain name in to install in domain section and also please enter the directory in installation directory section in which you want to install wordpress either it is your website root directory or any other directory so please ensure that you leave the space blank, otherwise type in the name of the folder you want WordPress installed to (make sure it doesn’t already exist).

6.Admin access data. Choose the username and password you’d like to use in order to access the WordPress admin panel after installation is completed.

7.Base configuration. Type a nickname you’d like to use throughout the blog. By default, the nickname is used whenever you leave comments or write an entry on the blog, so choose something you don’t mind the world seeing. The admin e-mail address is where notices, passwords, and other information about the administration of the blog is sent. Your blog’s name and description should be self-explanatory.

8.E-mail account configuration. You only need to worry about this if you plan to blog via e-mail. If you’ve set up a special e-mail account that you’ll use for blogging via e-mail, then enter the settings where applicable. (Bear in mind, you will need to enter an e-mail account password in order to proceed with the installation, simply use a false one if you don’t plan to blog via e-mail.)

9.When your blog information is complete, click on the Install WordPress button at the bottom.

10.Confirm Everything Is Correct Verify that the information you provided is correct and click on Finish installation. Fantastico will create a brand new database for you and create the necessary WordPress files.

11.Confirmation Message When the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation notice with the details of the installation. If you’d like a copy of the report for your records, you’ll have the option to send an e-mail to an account of your choosing.
