cPanel : IP deny manager.
For some reason you need to block certain IP address which may be affecting your website or may be eating up your bandwidth, thus to prevent such nuisance surfers browsing your site and eating up your site you need to block that particular IP you can do so easily using your control panel, cPanel provides you with a tool called IP Deny Manager where you can specify any IP address which you need to block from accessing your site. Blocking certain IP may also help you to prevent hotlinking of images from your site thus protecting yourself from bandwidth theft.
If you want to add any IP in IP deny Manager then you need to login to your cpanel > security > ip
1. Click on the IP Deny Manager button
2. Enter the IP address that you want to block in the IP Address field.
3. Click on the Add button.
Similarly if you want to remove any blocked IP whcih you no longer need to prevent from accessing your site. you have option for that.
Click on the IP Deny Manager button on the home page.
Click on the required IP address from the Remove an IP Deny drop-down list.
Click on the Remove button.
Thus you can manage IP’s from accessing your sites through control panel, IP deny manager.
